USA 'has negative role in world'
I read this news yesterday at 11:30 p.m. at the metro station. Being slightly drunk I found it quite inspiring :) I love this concept of projecting news on the wall while people are waiting for their train.
Iran is the country most widely viewed as having a negative influence in the world, with the US in second place, a new poll for the BBC suggests. The survey for the BBC World Service asked how 39,435 people in 33 nations across the globe saw various countries.
The US has lost ground in some key allied countries, the survey suggests. In France, 65% had a negative view of the US, up from 54% in the 2004 poll. In Britain the numbers went from 50% to 57%.

Me personally, I have nothing against Iran. In Armenia they were percieved as one of the good neigbours (compared to Turkey and Azerbaijan - the bad guys). For Tajiks, Iranians are like true brothers. And yes, Iranian biscuits helped me to survive there - it was undoubtedly the best thing I ate in Tajikistan :)

I'm curious about how things were projected? Is it video, or text and pictures?
The news itself is depressing, to me. I'm still hoping sanity will reassert itself (or maybe, assert itself, would be more true... depending on how cynical I feel about the US at a particular moment)
Text + pictures :) I was quite surprised that even Russia and China with all their problems are considered less evil than USA ... or maybe when I think about it, I am not that surprised :)))
I would say it´s quite normal. Who is much in attention, is also much in negative publicity.
Not USA citizens or USA as a country are the bad ones, just I think simply they choosed bad political representation. Or from the options they had... .
I have met very many very smart people from US as much as really stupid guys, such as in every nation.
But if we will be evaluating political representation than I can completely agree that USA is playing the most negative role in the world, taking into account the power they have and how are they utilizing it.
When come to ¨normal¨ people I think we should come to more measurable criteria. Based on for example on devastation of our environment I would say the top 3 are USA, China and Russia.
In terms of let´s say humen rights, the list would be let maybe by North Corea, or Barma.
So who is playing the most negative role in the world?
