I officially speak Russian

I got the paper stating that I'm proficient in Russian language. This is the paper I tried to get a year ago with no success. This time I came there and got it without saying a single word in Russian. Quoting: "I remember you from February. I see no reason to cause you any problem." Here it is:
I expect words of astonishment, guys! It took me 10 months to get it! Actually, I got it on a day when I decided not to apply for any study abroad programme so I will not use it :) But hey, I officially speak Russian :)))

I've never heard such a complaint :) Young people generally don't speak Russian and that is a big mistake. Czech companies are already finding out that it is much easier to export to Russia than to succeed at the western markets.
